Because reporting is not done via SMS or call, the preschool does not have to write these down by hand. The note will be saved automatically in the attendance and wherever it is required. Simultaneously, the preschool quickly and easily orders the exact number of lunches required, and the cost of meals for children is automatically recalculated.
Data protection and security is a priority within the Twigsee app and the entire system. Everything functions in full accordance with GDPR. No data, including photos, is stored on a phone or computer that has the app installed. Data stores are highly secure cloud servers, and nobody can access the app without specific credentials. Parents also provide GDPR consent to the preschool via a form. If, for example, parents do not want their child photographed, they will indicate this on the form. The app clearly shows whether or not parents have confirmed GDPR in the child's profile.
Thanks to the online admission process, parents and the preschool do not have to worry about demanding paperwork. Parents fill in the necessary data online using a link sent to them via e-mail. Documents are then produced in a printable format (registration sheets, etc.), and all that is required at the parent meeting is their signature. Information provided by parents during the admission process using the online form is stored directly in the child's register after admission. The preschool can automatically find all the necessary documents therein, and it can record additional information or personal notes about children. Teachers no longer need to check the information in folders; instead, they can simply click on the child's information card in Twigsee app.

Teachers and directors can easily inform parents about everything they need. The benefit of this feature is that each user sees only what is relevant to them. Parents, for example, see information only about their child and the class that child is in. For various purposes, the preschool can receive feedback from parents through polls directly in the Twigsee app.
