Twigsee offers you an interactive class book designed on the basis of the SEVT standard and the Framework Education Programme (FEP). The aim is to simplify the work of teachers as much as possible and make it easier for them to keep records in accordance with the reporting requirements. The classroom book can be accessed both from a computer in the administrative interface and directly from the mobile app. This allows you to record information from whichever device you have at hand at the time. This makes it easy to take notes from field trips and other activities right from the field using your mobile phone.
Recording children's attendance directly from the phone is key to saving time in nurseries and playgroups. With Twigsee, teachers and nannies can quickly and easily record children's attendance with just a click on the mobile app. Attendance information is instantly synchronized and available to all teachers in real time. This eliminates duplicate entries and ensures that everyone is always aware of the number of children present and excused. Of course, attendance can also be edited in a clear administrative interface on the computer, where it also serves as the basis for the automatic calculation of school fees and meals and to export attendance records to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
Parents can excuse children in Twigsee with just a few clicks on the mobile app. The excuse is sent immediately and the parent receives a confirmation of receipt. The school or playgroup no longer has to manually record excuses from texts or phone calls. The excuse slip is automatically reflected in the attendance register and in all relevant systems. The excuse is automatically reflected in the calculation of the meal allowance. In addition, it allows the nursery and playgroups to quickly and easily order the correct number of lunches and automatically recalculate the meal allowance on the bill, and also handles refunds for excused absences.
Twigsee will make it easy for you to work with the baby registry and ensure that you always have all the necessary information about each child at hand. The data filled in by parents in the online enrolment form is automatically saved in the register and all the necessary documents, such as the Registration Certificate, are generated. In Twigsee you can also record additional information, programs, payments, personal notes and much more. Educators then have the most important information about children, including allergies, medical restrictions, and pick-up information, right in the Twigsee mobile app at the click of a button.
Twigsee simplifies the administratively demanding work involved in calculating nursery fees and meal charges. Thanks to automatic calculations based on timetables, children’s actual attendance and absence notes, you can avoid tedious manual calculations and data entry. All the necessary information is stored in one place within the system, eliminating the need for unnecessary passing of documents between teachers, management and the administrator. You can prepare payment notices individually or in batches, approve them one by one or in bulk, and then send them to parents, including payment details and a QR code.
In the Twigsee app, we ensure maximum protection and security of children’s data. The entire system is fully compliant with the GDPR, and no data, including photographs, is stored on your phone or computer. Data is stored on highly secure cloud servers, and no one can access the app without specific login details. Parents give the nursery or children’s group their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR via a form, and if they do not wish their child to be photographed, they can indicate this on the form. The app clearly shows on the child’s profile whether the parents have confirmed their consent.

They can also read information about the school that the school has chosen to display.
